The biennial IF: Milton Keynes International Festival features performances, music and spectacular outdoor arts from around the world, and we were delighted to be a key part of the marketing team in 2023 and 2025.
Our work included an audience development project, looking at previous audience data combined with benchmarking data from The Audience Agency, which then informed our strategy for digital marketing campaigns.
Artist Rebecca Louise Law’s stunning The Place Between in 2023 saw volunteers fill a huge space in Centre MK with hand-woven strings of flowers, cones and twigs. With thousands of blooms needed, along with the volunteers to turn them into this amazing artwork, we coordinated a campaign to bring in donations of flowers, leaves and twigs alongside the in-house engagement team.
We were also on the ground during the Festivals, recording vox-pops, taking photos, and creating other organic social media content.
