After deciding to put a new emphasis on attracting new sections of the community in and around Ipswich, SPILL Festival asked us to create a custom audience segmentation system.
Using data from The Audience Agency, The Office of National Statistics, The Co-op Wellbeing Index and plenty of local knowledge, we created a system of audience segments – with demographic, geographical and behavioural information for each one. These segments now inform every level of the organisation; from programming to communications.
