Norfolk & Norwich Festival 2018

I spent three hectic weeks working alongside the staff of Norfolk & Norwich Festival as a member of their Communications Team.

As well as working on the NNF social media channels, creating e-shots and running the doors box office operations, I got to tackle some slightly more unusual tasks…

I created an animated ident which was projected onto Norwich Castle every evening, photographed some alien robots in Chapelfield Gardens and ran around the city with a group of volunteers and some “This Way! →” signs, directing spectators to the launch parade event, presented by French circus company Transe Express.

I also got the chance to see some fantastic work from performers and companies from around the world, from Rosy Carrick‘s charming tale of time travel, Passionate Machine, to Jan Bang and Matt Calvert‘s gut-churning new live score for silent film Battleship Potemkin. And Amanda Palmer. I love Amanda Palmer.
